The Enoteca offers a wide selection of more than 560 labels for tasting and\/or purchase<\/em><\/strong><\/span>, including great and old vintages, with a strong focus on natural and biodynamic wines<\/strong><\/em><\/span>, thanks to the collaboration with Les Caves de Pyrene<\/strong><\/em><\/span>. The environment, spread over several rooms, one of which, the winter, even heated by a fireplace fire.
